Fleischer Studios' animated short, Snow White, featured a dance routine by a ghost that was rotoscoped over footage of Calloway dancing. The voice of the ghost is also Calloway, and he is singing St. James Infirmary. Critics have cited the film as having some of the most imaginative animation and background drawings from the Fleischer Studios artists.[1]
